Project Details
The Smoky Note is a sophisticated cocktail lounge in the Nob Hill district of Albuquerque known for its rich atmosphere, bold design, and inventive drinks. Our task was to capture the lounge’s modern elegance and the artistry behind its craft cocktails.

Since the Smoky Note is located in a building with a rich history in Albuquerque’s night scene, the club wanted to to set itself apart from its predecessors by creating a refined feel, perfect for it’s new Jazz Club personality. We achieved this by highlighting the smokiness of the drinks, the rich colors and textures used in the interior, including our touch of refinement.

We highlighted the unique ambiance of The Smoky Note through:
Cocktail Photography: showcasing signature drinks with dramatic lighting and detail.
Interior Photography: capturing the lounge’s bold red and gold palette, stylish seating, and bar design.
Video Editing: editing a black and white jazz reel that projects on the back wall to enhance the speakeasy-esque atmosphere.
